Once again, Alva has injured herself so badly that she has been forced to cast her leg. We follow Alva into the popular store where Alva has to stop in the middle of a hallway to take off the only shoe she is wearing as she feels she has a stone in it. When she takes off her shoe, we get to see her bare feet and toes which are painted with white nail polish and after this extra show for those of you who like bare feet, Alva continues crutching around in the store.
