Melinda is out crutching with a jacket, jeans and a white sock on her sprained ankle.
She is crutching down to the water there she sits down and massage her poor foot.
After some time she start crutching again but her foot is so sore that she must stop again after some minutes to massage her foot again.
She try to not use her crutches and just hopping on one leg but she soon understand that this will be to hard so she return to her crutches
