Rose is crutching from the car in her high wedge heel shoe.
She passes a lot of houses and apartments before she reaches the river she wants to show us.
She stops looking at the view and just lets her injured foot hang in the air because there is no chance that it will reach the ground with the high heel she has on her other foot.
After some time witch great closeups she crutch closer to the river and when she stops next time she puts her hurt foot on top of her other fot and still balances on her high wedge heel shoe with aid of the crutches.
At the end she crutch another way back to the car.
