Sarah crutch around a church and down some steps to the street. 
her left foot is sprained and in a white sock. 
She crutch up on some rocks to look at the view but crutch on rock is not the easiest thing in the world so even a professional crutcher that Sara must take it easy so she don't hurt herself more.
