Star 1 SLC - How can i scratch inside my cast - 7 min

Star has a purple SLC on her left leg.
We get a great closeup when she first crutch and then sits down in front of our camera.
She first wiggling her toes for us but it start to itch inside the cast so so she's now desperately trying to scratch inside the cast but it's easier said than done
