Sunshine has put on a huge high heel shoe on her left foot and we can see in a great closeup at the start of this clip that there is no chance for her to put her casted leg down on the ground.

She is crutching on a walkway when she almost rolls her left ankle when her heel gets stuck in a hole.

But because Sunshine is a pro on crutches she saves the situation without any major problems.
